Ali Denniston brings over a decade of luxury hospitality governance and fine-dining kitchen protocol directly into high-stakes coastal estate productions. As an active board member of WIPA Boston, she leads regional industry standards across complex private builds.
Her background directing oceanfront hospitality informs every operational blueprint, from tide-line load schedules at Watch Hill to structural sailcloth wind ratings at Newport estates.
The Production Team
Every weekend itinerary is managed by seasoned venue specialists who understand technical logistics, back-of-house timing, and guest flow.
Alexa Richmond
Kalin Silvia
Curated Portfolio
Holding a communication degree from the University of Rhode Island alongside fine-dining hospitality tenure, Alexa oversees vendor synchronisation and guest service choreography across multi-day weekends.
With deep foundations in corporate event governance and historical venue operations, Kalin directs load-in pathways, production vendor staging, and minute-by-minute run-of-show execution.
We deliberately restrict our annual calendar to ten estate commissions. This ensures lead planners remain present for every site walkthrough, kitchen coordination, and weekend build.
When an offshore gale shifted wind direction two hours before our Newport dinner, Ali relocated two hundred guests and an entire raw bar without a single paused conversation.
Private Estate Host, Ocean Drive Newport
We are currently accepting a limited schedule of private estate celebrations across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and coastal New England.
